- At our clinics, our doctors and nurses conduct a thorough physical exam. Patients must have current medical records that validate their medical condition so our physicians can review them. We do not perform diagnostic testing, so it is vital that each patient have current medical records that show a diagnosis of one of the qualifying conditions. After the physician reviews a patient's medical records, then the doctor conducts an interview with each patient, then writes several pages of medical documents that permit the patient to legally possess, use and grow medical marijuana.
