February 15, 2001, Phillipsburg, New Jersey- Grasskeepers Landscaping Incorporated based out of Suffern, NY announces the formation of Turco Golf, Inc. after over 15 years of golf course construction.
Grasskeepers Landscaping has been in business for 20 years. The business grew from landscaping to golf course construction and renovations in the mid-1980’s and formed Turco Golf and Renovations for all golf related projects. Dennis and Lawrence P. Turco worked on many high profile golf projects including Blue Heron Pines near Atlantic City, New York Country Club in New Hemstead, NY, Manhattan Woods in West Nyack, NY and Glen Arbor County Club in Bedford, NY.
“After building golf courses for other people, we realized a desire to own and operate our own course. The timing was perfect for The Architects Golf Club project” said Dennis Turco.
