During late 1980’s, a group of dedicated young brothers gathered informally in houses for fellowship at Kundara in Kollam district of Kerala state, India. The objective of this small group was to lead a pious and simple Christian life in total obedience to the Word of God. Later, it was formed into a house church in the pattern of early New Testament Church. Soon the ministry began to spread to various parts of Kerala, giving birth to many more house churches in the neighboring cities.
