Description
The farm was bought with the intention of farm diversification into resurrecting the largely forgotten art of cider making within Cornwall. Orchards were planted, buildings renovated & adapted for their new use. Ongoing expansion has seen further diversification into all types of fruit processing from jam making, country wines, real fruit juices and most recently into apple brandy.
As is traditional with this type of business, visitors have always been welcome to "watch us work" and taste our products. We are now "The Nations Favourite Farm Visit" with all the usual visitor amenities you would expect.
The farm is approximately 150 years old and is listed as being of special architectural interest in an area designated as of outstanding natural beauty. All our renovations have been carried out in keeping with the total character of the farm and any new buildings have been designed with this in mind.
