- Families with Children from China is a volunteer network of families who have adopted from China. Its purpose is to support adoptive families, parents prior to adoption and children still waiting in China’s orphanages. FCCs provide social events where children can meet other adopted children, where adults can learn about issues in adoption and about Chinese culture, and where families can maintain a link to the children still in China’s orphanages through the FCC Orphanage Appeal
