All items sold on thegiftloft.com are MADE BY HAND. This means that they are not mass produced by means of a "production" assembly process. While each crafter strives to reproduce similar items, there will always be sight variances in what is produced. For example; if you were to order a Glass Vase in red and white, you would get a glass vase in red and white. The Glass Vase might be a half inch taller, shorter, wider, narrower, it may have a little more red, or more white, the pattern depicted on the site may vary slightly, but you would receive a beautiful hand crafted Red and White Vase made just for you. (Be assured: If you order a Red and White Glass you will NOT receive a Black and Blue Glass Vase). For the most part what you receive will be for the almost indistinguishable from what is pictured on the site, and will be a work of art in its own right.
At thegiftloft.com we welcome special orders. Many times we have access to products that are not yet pictured on the site. And still other times we work with crafters who, for a price, are willing to customize the work to suit special requests. If you have a special request please contact us info@thegiftloft.com and we will be happy to find out if your request can be filled. It is important to remember that special requests can add weeks the delivery time of the item being ordered. Every crafter has different criteria and lead times, so please do not hesitate to ask.
Payments for special will be charged to your card at the time you place your order. Special orders are not refundable once the order has been placed with the crafter.
