- New chef/owner Matt Laurence is proud to "reopen" the Green Lantern Inn in his hometown of Fairport. He returns to the area after six years of culinary experience at the Harbor Court Hotel in Baltimore, MD where he served as executive chef. He trained at Western Culinary Institute, a Cordon Bleu Academy in Portland, Oregon. Matt has been awarded membership in the Chaine des Rotisseurs, and several "Taste" prizes. He has designed menus and cooked for past presidents, Julia Child, and many other red carpet personalities. He offers a variety of unique seasonal menus and will customize a menu for your event.
