Dot, who created our Famous Lobster Stew and had made it fresh daily with cream, lobster meat, sweet cream butter and her special touches. She also made our Clam Chowder, fresh salads, home made potato salad and much much more.
Douglas, who digs our steamer clams daily from nearby coves. Once you taste his clams, you'll know you have had the best! You'll be back for more J
Our lobsters are delivered twice daily by local lobstermen from Boothbay Harbor. We store them in the same sea water, constantly re-circulated from the harbor in which they were just caught hours earlier.
