The Triangle is a competitive market. Many homes are bought and sold before they are ever listed in the MLS. It is important to have a well-connected knowledgeable agent to help you with a sale or purchase.
My whole family is involved in real estate, building and development and it's been a natural progression for me. My earliest memories are of riding around "the job" in my fathers jeep. I started working for him selling lots and beach houses durning the summers while I was in college and then when I moved to Chapel Hill in 1980 I became a homebuilder myself. From 1980 to 1992 I built luxury homes in Chapel Hill and Durham. Since the early 90's I've been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs as well as representing some of the areas best builders.
One of my favorite projects was doing the sales and marketing for Presque Isle Villas, a 42-unit luxury condominium neighborhood in Chapel Hill.
