Company Profile

Incorporated in 1989, IBS began as a custom software house that provided solutions to many industries. From that CAOS was born in 1991 in conjunction with Cardiothoracic surgeons and in cooperation with hospitals, health systems, and practices of all levels. As a privately held corporation CAOS (IBS) does not feel the pressure of Wall Street or investors only concerned with meeting manufactured earnings and expectations.
