I'm going to try and get back into my walking routine. I have kind of let it go this past month. My knee was really bothering me and taking a week off to get that feeling better turned into a month. Boy how time flys. Doing good this week on the healthy lifestyle. It's still a struggle but we are getting there. It's a new season on TV so Kimberley and I have decided that since we like to watch the Biggest Loser and Celebrity Fit Club, we are going to have our own little challenge while they are going on. We are going to go 3 months without having a treat night. Like I said above I'm also going to start back up my exercise routine and back exercises. These shows help motivate us so we are going to use them as tools to finish this weight loss journey and to stay on a healthy lifestyle plan. My goal is to be at 225 by the first of the year. That is 35 lbs to lose in a little under 5 months. I think I can do that. I'm at 260 this morning. Yes up 17 lbs from my lowest back in December. I've let things slide a bit. That will happen from time to time.
