About Thejppc.org

What Is The JPPC? The Jewish People’s Philharmonic Chorus is part of this modern Yiddish renaissance – more than forty members strong, ranging in age from 15 to 85, many of whom already speak or are learning Yiddish. The JPPC is particularly remarkable in its vast, century-spanning repertoire – largely unknown but exciting oratorios and comic operettas, better-known labor anthems, beloved folksongs, and popular tunes – all in Yiddish.
