The Lewisville Area Arts Council, Inc. is a 501(c)(3)non profit organization dedicated to the presentation of arts programing including visual, performing, literary and scientific arts in Forsyth County, North Carolina. The LAAC was founded in 1991 and maintains an office in Lewisville, North Carolina.
The LAAC's current programs include: A Day in the Village (Clemmons, NC annual, outdoor festival), The Lewisville Medieval Fantasy Faire, The ARTsy Awards, Merlin's Concerts: benefit concerts in support of the Forsyth Co. Humane Society, The Candidates' Press Conference (held bi-annually in election years for L'ville/Clemmons), and other individual visual and performing arts programs, exhibitions and events.

The Exhibiting Members of The LAAC include: Frank Holder (recycled metal sculpture), Herb Myers (metal), Rick Jones (watercolor), Bennett Black (basketry), David Hauser (leather), Artians's Corner (costume construction) and the late Gene Hege (impressionist painting). Mr. Hege's work, "BRIGHTLIFE" is available for sale from The LAAC website.
