- These pages are an open-ended and ongoing experiment I'm undertaking in the world of online diaries, journals, and weblogs. Of course, all these forms of communication lie on a continuum of self-expression. I would consider thingo to fall slightly on the diary side of this continuum. I'm not interested in collecting and broadcasting amusing links as many weblogs do. But I'm also not recording my everyday experiences for posterity. Thingo is a place for thoughts and observations and occasionally complaints. It's all personal -- I do not accept submissions and there's no discussion board (though I do welcome feedback). I will continue to publish new entries until I'm done. Content is subject to change without notice, but I will never edit the past.
