- Lisa Tice is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 11 years of experience working in the field of psychiatric social work and disability advocacy. She has been Manager of Disability Support Services at the University of Washington, Tacoma since 1996, where she has also intermittently served as acting Lead Counselor for students on campus.
