The SILCTN is a not for profit, 501© 3 organization established pursuant to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. It is our mission to promote, support and provide independent living services that are consumer controlled by and for a cross disability population. Such services are non-residential and are to be provided within an integrated, fully inclusive setting to ensure the maximum leadership, empowerment and independence for individuals with disabilities.
