TOPS is proud to welcome Dr. Lisa Starr to the TOPS team as a fulltime veterinarian beginning 1/4/2010. Dr. Starr has been the Director of Rehabilitation at a large east coast veterinary hospital. She is certified in both veterinary rehabilitation and veterinary acupuncture, and will be beginning her certification in veterinary chiropractic in January. Where do TOPS clients come from? Naturally, most of TOPS clients come from the greater Chicago area.
