Originally based in Torquay town center, specialized in the sales and repair of small electrical appliances. In 2002 we started selling graded appliances, both in our retail outlet and on the internet, sales were so good on the internet side of the business that we decided in 2003 that we would close the shop and concentrate solely on selling online, this has enabled us to drastically cut our overheads and offer our customers even better prices without sacrificing service.
We regularly use ebay to sell our goods and have managed to retain a 100% positive feedback record with over 3000 sales, this is something that has not been easy to achieve, as the old saying goes "you can`t please all of the people all of the time" but we feel this shows our commitment to customer satisfaction.
