The Internet Service Provider (ISP) is very slow in the southern part of Thailand with the fastest available Package 2 mb/s download, 512 kb/s upload speed. The avarage speed as of May 2008, is less than 75% of the service according to all local speedtests. International connection speed no more as 330 kb/s USA, 260 kb/s Europe @ 2mb/s ADSL subscription line. Have often (once or twice a week) a service outage - downtime. Ping time > 100 milliseconds responce.
