- "I have been a Physical Therapist for over ten years, treating patients with orthopedic and sports medicine injuries. I have been an athlete my whole life, and because I know how good it feels to be active, I have always been interested in the fitness field. I especially like to help people who have been sidelined with injury resume their normal life activities. In 1998 I obtained my NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification, and that education helped improve my ability to develop comprehensive training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Combining my knowledge as a Physical Therapist and Conditioning Specialist, I have been able to successfully work with clients that are recovering from injury or want to reach a new level in fitness.
