Ken Baldwin
Ken, who hails from Ireland and speaks Spanish fluently, has worked in the travel industry for nearly 20 years. Much of that time has been in senior management roles and for highly respected travel companies including Insight International Tours Australia, TNT Vacations Boston and for the Abbey Travel Group in Britain and the United States. Belen Encinas
Belen was born in the Basque Country and has travelled extensively throughout Europe, the United States and parts of Asia. A graduate of Deusto University Bilbao, Belen spent more than 7 years working overseas in Britain and the United States. She is especially proud of her work as assistant to the CEO of Accion International the world’s leading micro-lending organisation that fights poverty in Latin America, the Caribbean and Africa through micro-finance.
