Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Town of Pagosa Springs - Riverwalk Extension Project will be received by the Town of Pagosa Springs at the Office of the Town Clerk, Pagosa Springs Town Hall, 551 Hot Springs Boulevard, P.O. Box 1859, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147, until 2:00 P.M. on June 22, 2006, and then at said place publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of ±1,500 feet of 10' wide concrete trail including associated wetland protection and mitigation, excavation, preparation of subgrade, placement and compaction of base course, installation of drainage structures, and placement and construction of concrete pavement.
