Natural Awareness Tracking School, LLC - Home

Description

Whether it's specific applications of tracking, such as aging or tactics to follow tracks of a missing person, or just enjoying tracking for the sake of tracking and an increased awareness of the surroundings, Greg and Rob enjoy sharing what they have experienced and assisting others with their learning process. Their main objective is to contribute the benefits of tracking skills to the community through education, search and rescue for missing persons, or any other venue.

Greg Fuller has been actively involved with Search and Rescue tracking for over 18 years. He is the author of the first stand-alone tracking standards for the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Emergency Management (VDEM). He also wrote and developed the Field Team Signcutter course for VDEM which is still being taught today. Greg co-authored "Man-Trackers and Dog Handlers in Search and Rescue".

In 1996, Greg founded the Search and Rescue Tracking Institute which continues to train approximately 40 members and is the only stand-alone tracking group recognized by VDEM. He is a member of numerous SAR groups including the Appalachian Search and Rescue Conference, Virginia Search and Rescue Bloodhound Association, the Virginia Search and Rescue Council and the International Society for Professional Trackers.
