The House Shadow Drake website was originally created in December of 1994 under the name "Onyx Dimensions" and was hosted on webserver at the University of South Florida. In 1997, the website was moved to a freehost on Tripod and through the Witchhaven server courtesy of Lady Morgan. Finally, in April of 1999, the website became known under the House Shadow Drake name and was established at the ShadowDrake.com domain. The name "House Shadow Drake" was used as it was House Shadow Drake who sponsored the website and the information found therein and by that time many individuals were already referring to the website as the House Shadow Drake website.
