The business was bought from Triod Supply Ltd. in Swift Current in June 1981 by Dave and Wes Neufeld and was operated in a rented building up to September of 1986 when it moved into its current location of 103 - 1st Avenue.
In February of 1993, Triod signed an agreement with SaskTel Mobility to become a regional dealer. Through extensive lobbying, a local cellular tower was implemented in October 1997.
