Orders are sent through the US Postal Service (priority mail). If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will send the in-stock items right away. The back order item(s) will be sent as soon as they become available or a refund will be sent. Most orders are delivered in 2 or 3 weeks but may take up to 6 weeks...please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Foreign customers will have additional shipping charges - we will contact you for approval of fees prior to shipping.

We ask for your phone number in case we have questions about your order. We will not make your phone number available to anyone else.

If your order has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturer's defect, return it to Tropic Isle Music Co. and we will be happy to replace it. (see return procedures)
