Bayco Confectionery has always been associated with quality products. In accordance with a traditional Turkish recipe passed down through generations, each batch of turkish delight is precisely and caringly handcrafted to create a unique product, delicately flavoured and lightly scented. Pure natural sugar, mountain fresh British Columbian water and natural fruit flavours are some of the ingredients used to create our many varieties of turkish delight. We carry a variety of nut-based natural Turkish Delight (pistachio, almond, hazelnut and walnut). Our pistachio turkish delight is by far our most popular nut-based product. Only the highest quality imported pistachios, lightly roasted to bring out their full flavour, and finely desiccated coconut are used to create this very popular line. Our assorted and fruit Turkish Delights are subtly flavoured with natural fruit and herbal extracts of apple, apricot, coconut, bergamot, banana, blueberry, lemon, lime, maple, mint, orange, peach, pineapple, raspberry, rose, strawberry, sour cherry and vanilla. Our products are also available in mastic (gum arabic), natural (plain) and chocolate. We offer our turkish delight in an assortment of quantities and packaging. Assorted bulk and gift packages will include at least four of the above-mentioned flavours. We also offer a variety of attractive shrink-wrapped gift packages.
