The two (2) documents below cover the Southern California Strike Settlement. These documents were provided by United Food & Commercial Workers International Union Region 8’s office in Buena Park, California. The settlement agreement was approved by an 86 percent vote on February 29, 2004. The provisions of the settlement agreement in Southern California do not affect the current Northern California Food/Meat Industry Agreements. The settlement documents are provided for informational purposes only and include a Strike Settlement Summary provided to Southern California members prior to contract ratification vote.
