Our umbrellas are made of high quality wood, fabric and metal fittings. Each umbrella is engineered for easy handling and long lasting performance. We use premium wood from South East Asia such as Balau, Kempas, Meranti, and Ramin. Our fabric is made with Olefin, Canvas, or Polyester and is 3M Scotchguard treated to minimize fading and mildew. All fittings are either solid brass (deluxe model), or aluminum which are strong and rust-free.
We provide a 15 day satisfaction guarantee with refund including shipping charges if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Just call us within this time frame and pack it in its original box. We will arrange for pick up. When items shipped were incorrect or defective, you will receive a total refund, otherwise, you will only be charges of return freight based on our standard shipping charge.
