Patients Choice Network Information: Message from Patients’ Choice Network’s Board of Directors

On September 1, 2007, Patients’ Choice Network partnered with Work Injury Network to launch a multi-media advertising campaign and to market its doctors to Workers’ Compensation attorneys. Patients Choice Network Profile Anne Gelvin President Anne Gelvin

The event began with a “Meet and Greet” Mixer, which gave PCN members the chance to Network with key Workers’ Compensation professionals across California. The Mixer was followed by a sit-down dinner and formal program, where PCN President Anne Gelvin unveiled a Strategic Plan for the New Year, including a carefully mapped expansion into San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento and other prime areas of California. PCN’s strategic plan also included a push to attract personal injury referrals to the Network, as well as plans to align the Network with dominant groups in the industry, including California Healthcare Networks. These services will be offered to doctors in the state of California only. Nearly 50 people packed the parking lot of PCN doctor Stephen Svastits to play games, eat tacos, participate in raffle giveaways and receive free consultations and advice for their accidents or injuries. The event was coordinated by Work Injury Network, which provides a multi-media advertising campaign to accident victims on behalf of PCN doctors.
