"We know there are hosting companies and PC Repair companies out there already; but we also know that many of them are "fly by night" companies that just want money. We have also seen in our experience many PC companies that claim to have fixed your problem, but when you get your computer back, it is exactly how it was when you dropped it off, and maybe a little worse. We want to help those people out by offering flat fees for service issues. Our goal is to give people service, and not just any kind of service, quality service for affordable prices. We want to bring a fresh and exciting quality back to those who have been disappointed in the past by other companies."
