Hallie Janssen is vice president of search engine marketing firm Anvil Media Inc., located in Portland, Oregon.

Hallie manages client strategy and oversees the search engine marketing team at Anvil. She joined the company in 2004 after working for anvil as a consultant for two years.

Hallie has a national reputation as a search engine marketing expert, speaking at industry conferences and writing for publications such as Search Marketing Standard. She serves on the board of SEMpdx, an association of search engine marketers, and is responsible for the Portland group's events. Hallie is also active in other business groups, including Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, the American Marketing Association, Web Analytics Association and Portland Advertising Federation.

As if all that weren't enough, Hallie is also an athlete, competing in marathon runs. Her training keeps Hallie in shape for running around after her two young children.
