My PersonalPage edit

My first home ['57-'62] was at 25 Claremont Ave. in New York, NY 10027-6813 (1.2 miles from the Apollo Theater in Harlem). It was a poor apartment with cockroaches and plaster peeling off of the walls. We had a black and white TV and Jewish neighbors. I remember watching the New York Yankees, "Queen for a Day" and "the Millionaire" on it. I probably was lobotomized in Michigan in ~ 1963 after leaving NYC. I remembered the operation only recently. When I was five years old, I recall walking into a dingy medical clinic and being placed on a surgery table with a towel over my face and and screaming while a doctor pushed sharp surgical instruments into my skull. I realized what had happened because I watched a real lobotomy on TV in ~1996 and because Ritalin (a drug used to treat Lobotomy) was prescribed to me permanently in 1985.

In a repeat of this scene, I was given a neuroleptic [nerve gas type] drug after singing at a concert in San Francisco. When I arrived home, I was asked to go to a mental ward by a suspiciously acting father. I was told by him to take a painless drug, and knowing the Law School faculty, I thought it must be some kind of marajuana. Instead of finding this true, at the library at Salt Lake Community College in 1995, I happened upon a text that read, "Antipsychotics are the most commonly prescribed drug and 10% of people taking it will die." It's the drug causing the, "Haldol Shuffle" or the similar, "Harlem Shuffle". I couldn't very well keep my eyes open after taking it and, experienced paralysis in my legs and neck. A doctor at the University of Utah Medical Center diagnosed me according to my father's second wife who has a long history of mental health disorders.

I was told she believes that she is the Virgin Mary. Because/(if) god is a dog and because she was a strange loner that was drunk all of the time; she is a case of virgin birth. Since Mary can't understand harm done by her and she and her baby are totally strange, I think they are both cruel dogs. Mary had a spoiled and stuck-up son David in 1975 and by 1979 I had no place to live. Mary Lou Godbe was my stepmother's maiden name and she told doctors to use Major Tranquilizer to simplify my behavior. A psychiatrist, Dr. Helmer, told me this drug replaces lobotomy and I read that it causes CNS damage. Helmer furthermore said that it is used because of all of the noise and disorder common to the mental wards. It's effect is about like being slugged in the head all of the time and I think of it as sleep deprivation. I've seen numerous cases of people becoming ugly, lethargic, and morose to facilitate a retarded level of mental functioning that in no way sounds professional to a musician. Moreover, I recently had a heart attack, "ANTIPSYCHOTIC AGENTS, the primary treatment for schizophrenia and other psychoses, long have been suspected to increase the risk of serious ventricular arrhythmias and, thus, sudden cardiac death."[1]

My father and stepmother were both in the legal profession and neither wanted much exercise. My swimming career was over before I met my stepmother. I didn't much care for swim racing at the Fort Douglas in Salt Lake City because it was cold and Tom Thorum the coach asked me to leave the team before high school even started. While studying, I wrote to Mark Spitz and asked about my gold coin from Mexico and he said it was a real medal. I skiied frequently and didn't know about muscle until moving out on my own in 1995. Ever since 1963, I've felt slow and held to the ground and had real difficulty getting out of bed. I couldn't properly run or jump and was too tired to study so my homework never got done. In ~ 1972 I found Preludin (easy speed) in my home and for about 3 weeks I could swim as fast as anyone. And, in 1995 Nancy Farmer the swim teacher at SLCC finally took my time. It was 0:53:17 in the 100 yard freestyle which is comparable to current world records. I nearly have my BS degree at the University of Utah in Exercise and Sport Science but have little or no use for it. I thought my professors were basically ignorant.

I auditioned for a Professional Rock Band in San Francisco just before I was poisoned for the first time. I can play about anything on either piano or guitar now but the school didn't give me any credit.
