- Mohammad Ghufran (frustrated) : I have to admit that it is great that you guys have done a phenomenal job by introducing Wimax in Pakistan. But there are several, very annoying problems that need to be fixed - fast. Even though your service is good(atleast when it is working), but it rarely does. Nobody knows who is responsible for what and who to contact for a specific problem. This results in huge losses and frustrates the customers (such as myself). Some of the things that i am frustrated about are: 1. Your website doesnt work. Half of the links are broken. Users cannot signin. 2. I have no way of telling my usage and bills. Neither do your employees!. 3. People have been given expensive connections without taking into consideration their location (your service depends on the customer premises location) and now they are paying for bad management on part of this company. Wateen.com needs to get things together - Uber Fast. 23:15, 27 February 2008 (PST)
