Hi Asad, Steven Walling with the Portland Content team here. I talked with Carol from CarolTaylors.com on the phone today since Lahore is on holiday, and she liked your edits to the page. She had a few bits of feedback though, some of which I've tried to take care of myself. She'll also be emailing me some pictures to possibly upload and add to the page, I'll let you know if she does. In the mean time, here are some of her comments...

• the thumbnail is showing an outdated version, but for some reason domaintools won't let you update it. It needs to either be fixed or removed.

• reduce cards to 4 images (I did this), move the card personalization information to the same card section so it is more prominently featured

• add info on their bath and body products

• add info on their gift baskets

• add some of the information available from the "my story" page on caroltaylors.com, probably in the beginning with the description

• add info about gift certificates

• make sure to mention the "buy now ship later" option several times, probably one for each different class of product

• in the "Flower Shop" section, add an image of a flower bouquet. she'll probably give us one she wants.

Oh okay - I should have looked for an edit summary. I just went through the tours yesterday and noticed that this one was the only one with outgoing links so I took those out to help keep people clicking through the tour, and the part for software developers has never seemed like it would be useful to a broad audience. Sorry I didn't pay attention to why the tour page was changed, and that makes sense to remove duplication so we have one unified definition of a domain page. edit Cannot find my page

I created a new account: PostalServ. I filled in all the info I could. When I search for "postalserv" nothing is found. When I search for "postalserv.com" the page is found but when displayed the name as invalid upper and lower case letters.

Cannot find any info on why theses things are happening.

How can I fix these two issues?
