Hello Boomergirl, I think I spoke with you on the phone regarding updating your thumbnail. I got to the bottom of the issue and have requested an update. This should happen in the next day or two.

It seems the issue is with the hosting company you are with & we are working with DomainTools to come up with a better solution. For now, you will have to request updates to the thumbnail as they are needed.
