Mark, I found the problem and fixed it. The cause was not a bad or missing template, it was my overlooking a missing piece of formatting code. I used this at the very top of the page, but did not notice that the closing code, was missing that one little beast had me very aggravated for days. It was my cat who suggested this might be the reason for the problem. I told him "What do cats know?" He said "Meow". I told him later that it was me that was wrong, not him. He said "Meow". Turns out that "Meow" means "You're Stupid" I told him I knew what that meant. He said "Meow"
