- Since 1998 I have been defending people accused of DUI. Why, you may ask? Because the person accused of DUI is the forgotten victim of the justice system. A DUI is an exception to the constitution. You have no right to an attorney for field sobriety tests, no right to an attorney to consult whether you should take a breath test, and you are not told your rights until the end of the case. I have defended people from all walks of life including clergy, engineers, lawyers, doctors, teenagers, and the average hard working person. I go all over Utah to defend people that need a defense.
