Vedantic Shores Press is a small publishing company created in 2001 and situated in Redding, the metropolitan marketplace of Northern California, north of Sacramento.

Our mission is to provide literature for self-understanding and Self-discovery through the publication of the spiritual works of writer, teacher and mystic, Paul Hourihan. These inspired works, in different genres (creative non-fiction, non-fiction books, and novels), provide an oasis of spiritual guidance to individuals struggling for permanent values in an ever-changing, secular society. Some of Dr. Hourihan's course lectures are available as CDs and audiocassettes.

All of our eventual dozen titles taken together constitute a road map and a light for anyone seeking knowledge of the divine and Self-illumination. Their quality and force advance age-old truths that speak directly to the modern world.
