- The American Love and Appreciation Fund, a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization d/b/a Veteran Love, was founded to assist our wounded and disabled service men and women. Our foundation believes that our wounded and disabled soldiers deserve total support from those whose freedom they are defending. Soldiers who are fighting and have fought in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) risk their lives daily for you and me and are our Heroes. Veteran Love will support these brave men and women by providing them with the resources to enable an easier transition to civilian life. The resources we are providing will be access to professional counselors qualified to help those with PTSD. We will provide housing to those who qualify for up to 6 months while they are working to make that difficult transition from war zone to a normal civilian life.
