Description
Because the Voice of the Victims films are very personal to me, I thought you might want to know a bit more about what drove me into this incredible project.
I remember when I was in elementary school, our teacher asked us what we wanted to be when we grew up, and I said with full conviction, "A mommy!" That's what I became, devoting many wonderful years to raising our three daughters. It is the "mommy's heart" that brought me into this project.
One morning in December 2001, I saw a newspaper article about a beautiful young girl, Erin Rose, who took Ketamine and was in a deep, life-threatening coma at a local hospital. (Erin survived with a severe brain injury, and believes God spared her so she can tell her story - which she does on Voice of the Victims.)
