Zero Support
- This site really went downhill in the last few years. Requests for help with their system and system errors is "zero". When glitches occur, errors, problems with the board or user accounts, Voy.com does not take any action to fix the problems and does not reply to requests for help. It is not worth the problems, aggravation and extra work for a system as Voy that refuses to support their own site.

Terrible system
- This company allows individuals to create chat forums used to anonymously attack and slander others.
The owners/moderators of the boards are kept anonymous. The owners of the company (voy.com) refuse to reply to any emails or phone calls. They do not supervise the system, and claim no responsibility for the harrassment, stalking, libel, broken families, false accusations, and general harm done by these sites. This company is the perfect example of what can be done wrong on the internet.

Downtime is unbearable
2/2/10 - It's still down.
- As much as I love the phenomenal editing control over Voy's message boards, I cannot deal with the downtime. Maybe it's just my bad timing, but it seems the message board goes down several times a month. It usually goes back up within a few hours, but I am writing this review today because the board has been down for about two days now, forcing me to move my website's popular discussion forum to another host, and that's no simple task.
