Incorporated in December 1999 as a Delaware company operating in the State of California. VProtect received funding through private and institutional investors.
Dr. C.-C. Jay Kuo is Chairman, and one of the founding members. He received his MS and Ph.D degree from MIT. He is a professor of EE and Math in USC.
VProtect System is a technology company focusing on security solutions for industrial and commercial applications. VProtect System designs its hardware platform and develops proprietary embedded software with advanced image processing capabilities.
