- Photography for me is an outlet to release the monotony of my day job, explore my creativity, and be out in nature. The things I enjoy most about photography are that I gain knowledge of my surroundings, its inhabitants, and the feeling I get when I have a shot that duplicates what my eyes saw. The Florida Everglades is one of Mother Nature’s greatest accomplishments, with it’s abundance of wildlife and extraordinary landscape. Winter in the Everglades is a wonderful time, the birds are coming back, the mosquitos are gone, and the weather is perfect.
