Wald & Fisher Inc. is a family owned and operated real estate development company located in Beachwood, Ohio. Our roots date back to the 1930's with the opening of a modest residential sales office in a storefront at 28th and Lorain Avenue on Cleveland's west side.
While we began to grow by serving the real estate needs of nearby residential neighborhoods, post war opportunities led to the acquisition and development of apartment complexes, office buildings and retail shopping centers, all located within the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area.
Today, our retail portfolio exceeds 1,000,000 square feet and includes some of the most easily recognized and best known shopping centers in suburban Cleveland. In addition, we have recently expanded into southern U.S. markets through the acquisition of retail centers located in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Locally, we are now entering Phase II of our redevelopment of 10 acres located at the intersection of I-71 and Bagley Road in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
