Thank you for your interest in SBC Prodigy*. SBC has recently joined forces with Yahoo!® to offer SBC Yahoo! Dial and SBC Yahoo! DSL - two new services designed to give Members an enhanced personalized Internet experience with added benefits.
The Prodigy Help Center is a great resource when you're connected to Prodigy. You can find answers to many of your questions (the correct e-mail settings, how to upgrade your modem, help with Prodigy tools), or view and update your account information (change your password, update your credit card or address, check your account statement).
Tech support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our billing department is open from 9a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday; and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET.
