Two years ago I made a purchase from them and while I had a problem with the item I receiced, it was taken care of in a timely manner. This time last year I made another purchase and the item I received was not what I ordered. After contacting them I returned the item per their instructions and a replacement was supposed to be sent. I never received it. It took until early in the fall before I was able to get a response from them. There had been connunications problems related to the Olympics. I was able to be in phone and email contact for the next couple of months while I was being assured that the item I originally ordered was being prepared. However, in early November they quit responding to my emails and I have not been able to get them on the phone. Meanwhile, I'm out $375.00 and havent got the watch I ordered.
I hope they see this.
