Established in the early 80's by Scott Verret, Waterfall Music/Records Group is a small company in Pennsylvania that specializes in several areas of audio production. Originally named Synthware Music Productions, Waterfall Music Group has secured a firm position in the music world and serves clients coast to coast. In the beginning, Scott's work as a sound designer and keyboardist was the foundation of the company. His work with artists such as Madonna, Whitney Houston, Genesis, Howard Jones, Michael Jackson, and a myriad of others, opened the door for many more opportunities. It wasn't long before sound design turned to songwriting and programming turned to producing. In 1996 Waterfall completed construction of a brand new recording studio to meet the needs of its growing client base. Recently upgraded with the newest technology available, including 24/96 digital recording and editing with unlimited tracks, 5.1 surround mixing and multi-channel DVD audio too, this studio is still home base.
Waterfall Music/Records Group is currently involved in many aspects of the music and broadcast industry. First and foremost, our production division specializes in broadcast media projects, including award-winning Advertising Jingles and creatively produced Radio Commercials. This division also handles other studio related services such as Corporate Narration and custom produced On-Hold Messages as well. Our independent record label, 440 Records, handles all aspects of artist development, CD production, graphics design, promotion, CD Mastering, and distribution of new CD releases. In some cases, we also produce independent Studio Projects for artists and promote unsigned Emerging Artists on our website. Finally, a music production/publishing division rounds out the mix which is dedicated to writing, producing, and publishing mainstream songs, as well as cutting-edge music scores for film and TV. Although a lot has changed in the recording industry over the last two decades, it is still the innate creativity, knowledge of audio and music, vast expertise in technology, and client respect that make Waterfall Music/Records Group a success. That will never change.
