- Our first expansion was the addition of our core production area complete with additional storage area. Along with the expansion of our "Modern" finishing and inspection/ shipping area and one of the countries first induction melting systems capable of melting aluminum and copper based alloys where also installed. Our next expansion allowed "WACO" the opportunity to install an automated overhead sand system, added squeeze lines, cope and drag capabilities along with our roto -lift station. With added stations came the need for an updated and larger side by side induction furnace, a 1000# gas furnace and an overhead crane system. Our latest expansion is our second building which houses our "no-bake" or silican sand molding production division along with the installation of our state of the art silica sand reclamation system allowing us the ability to reuse the waste sand more than once cutting cost and allowing "WACO" to pass these savings along to you, our customer.
