Who We Are
The Workers´ Compensation Board - Alberta is a not-for-profit mutual insurance corporation funded entirely by employers. We provide cost effective workplace liability and disability insurance to more than 1.4 million workers and 109,000 employers.
Our vision, focus and direction are a new way of thinking about how we conduct business. With a strong 87-year heritage as our foundation, we've made significant strides that position us for growth and change in the future.
The WCB-Alberta, working together with our partners, will significantly and measurably reduce the impact of workplace illness and injury on Albertans.
